ジュネーブ大学「子どもの権利研究科修士課程(MCR)」第9期生(2019年2月開始)の募集の案内

この修士課程では、当該分野の専門家・実務家との交流が教育プログラムに入っており、将来人権に係る国際機関等で活躍することを目指す方にとって大変有意義であり、また子どもの人権問題に係る高度かつ学際的な研究活動を行っています。

CALL FOR PAPERS FOR AUGUST AND DECEMBER SYMPOSIA

We are pleased to invite you and your institution to participate in in the 5th International Oxford Symposium on Population, Migration, and the Environment. The symposium will be held 3 and 4 August 2017 at St Anne’s College, Oxford, U.K. Alternatively, you may wish to attend the December session. We will meet on the 7^th and 8^th at St Hugh’s College, Oxford. Consult our webpage for abstract submission and registration deadlines.

• Keynote speaker – David Coleman, Emeritus Professor of Demography; Associate Fellow, Department of Social Policy, University of Oxford.
• We invite you to present a paper that encourages the exchange of interdisciplinary ideas about the main themes of the conference: world population increase, human migration, and environmental sustainability. Alternatively, you may wish to attend as a panel member.
• The Symposium seeks to cover a broad agenda that includes disciplines such as economics, education, environmental studies, agriculture, law, political science, religion, and social studies.
• Topics for presentation may reach beyond these areas, and our website contains an extensive list of suggested topics.
• Participant abstracts will be published online in the conference proceedings. Papers presented at the meeting will be subsequently peer-reviewed by external readers for possible inclusion in Symposium Books or sponsored academic journals.

Neuman 教授が所長を務めるHarvard Law School Human Rights Program　 http://hrp.law.harvard.edu/　でも、たびたびセミナーが開かれます。ハーバードロースクールは、数年前から１年次に国際法か比較法を必須科目としています。移民・難民問題に関心のある方は、同じフロアーにあるHarvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program (HIRC)　 https://harvardimmigrationclinic.wordpress.com/　では、常時、難民申請者などの相談にのっていて、盛んなクリニック活動の雰囲気が伝わってきます。難民の出身国情報サイトとして、http://www.refugeelegalaidinformation.org/も使っているとのことです。大学のあるケンブリッジは、サンクチュアリ―・シティとして、市の職員も警察も在留資格の有無を問いません。州によっては、非正規滞在の弁護士が何人も誕生しています。ピュリッツァー賞受賞後、非正規滞在であることを明かしたJose Antonio Vargasの講演と自伝的映画Documentedの上映がAmerican Immigration Lawyers Associationの年次大会でありました。
